Episode #4- Smoothie time! In this podcast, I will focus on what I put in my morning smoothie and why having a smoothie is the best way to start your day! 

Morning Smoothie

2 scoops Daily Nutritional Support and/or Collagen Protein

1/2-1 cup berries (low glycemic fruits)

1+ cup greens

1 tbsp healthy fat (coconut oil/cream; chia seeds, flax seeds)

16-20 oz filtered/ spring water or nut milk etc

Optional: Stevia/ Monk fruit (for sweetness)

Optional: 1 tsp Spirulina and/or Chlorella (for detox)

Optional: Ceylon Cinnamon or take bitter melon (herbal supplement) to help with any insulin spike
